"Very knowledgeable staff. I had been researching online for a couple of months. When I reached out to the manufacturer of a piece of equipment they had busy body in Grapevine reach out to me. I finally made it over to the store and I am glad I purchased from them. The store manager knew a ton about the equipment and even the installer was extremely knowledgeable. When I called online stores the reps I spoke to over the phone knew only what was listed on the website. Very glad I found busy body in Grapevine"
