"Chased a bus for half a block. Got within 20 ft of the bus at an official stop and then the driver gunned it, leaving me stranded. Waited almost 50 minutes for the next bus. They guarantee no more than a 20 min wait. I have used this service in my travels all over the world and San Antonio is the bottom of the barrel as far as operational standards go. Recommend walking. It’s actually faster."
