"I am very disappointed with this pharmacy, I am their customer since 2014 but now it has a lot of problems. They are out of stock for every other medication,evn they don't have metformin in stock. My doctor sent prescription for pain medication and antifungal meds 3days ago on Nov 7 and those are still not ready, I am going to change my pharmacy to HEB, they also has free med delivery within 10 miles, always has a stock of common meds."

"This pharmacy was the best I have ever been to! Came here to get my dads prescription filled and with him being from out of town it was ready in an hour. I have never witnessed such great service especially from a pharmacy. I always go to Walgreens but from now on will go to this pharmacy. ALL staff was so nice! Great customer service hands down."

"Dropped my prescription off and was told it'd be ready in 10 mins. So I walked around the store meanwhile. I came back about 15 mins later and was told that they didn't have it in stock, to come back tomorrow. So I went back the next day and was told they wouldn't have it in stock for at least 1 week. What a joke. And when they finally had it ready, the quantity of pills didn't match what was in the bottle. There were only 24 pills, but the bottle was supposed to have 30. Never again will I visit this run down, bootleg pharmacy. Back to Walgreens where I've never had a problem."

"I had very bad experience. Last time I went there it was long line. After waited for so long the employee treated me very rudely. She told me you look frustrated so next time line up on Express lane. I told her why and she replied I am just saying. Then I told her about my coupon she refused to help me and told to go another window where you can consult. Anyway I waited then that gentleman told me that medicine is with the coupon. So again I have go back to that line again because he can't check out. I told him at least that other employee could mention that. Anyway I begged that please let anyone else to help me because that employee treat me very badly. Somehow he came to register and help me. I can't believe that people could work like that. what happen to customer service."
