"Rude pharmacist, did not get medicine ready in time, do not go here"
"The gentleman who helped me at the CVS on Westgreen is very good at what he does. He immediately stopped what he was doing and came to the counter to help me. He looked me up in the system, went straight my script, and rang it up. I was out of there in no time. Additionally, he was the one who recently gave me a shingles vaccine. He made it so easy; it didn't even hurt, much! I was relaxed. He was like a friend telling me what to do when you have a bad cold. So, I did as he said, and it worked. My arm wasn't sore the next day. Thank you, Mr. Pharmacist."
"Our office called in a RX this morning and Hieu, the pharmacist, was very condescending and rude. If he treats his peers, doctors, with that kind of behavior, how much more unpleasant is he to our patients in need? It's disappointing how we have people like him in the medical service industry. In fact, Hieu replaced a previous pharmacist at this location who was equally awful. I guess this location has no luck with staffing pleasant pharmacists, unfortunately."
"The organization of pharmacy staff was poor. I waited 15 minutes in my car before coming inside to pick up my moms prescription. There were 2 staff dealing with a line of customers and 4 cars in the drive through. There need to be more staff to match the demand."
