"Incredibly long wait time for prescriptions that they had readily available. Was told they were ready after 4 hrs and me constantly calling, only to get there and have to wait more. Finally filled 1 of 2 prescriptions and said only 1 was sent over, when I confirmed my doctor sent both."

"Horrible service. Waited over 1 1/2 hours for flu shot with an appointment. Never again Walgreens. Cvs is about 20 mins in and out. You are horrible!! Shame Edit. Finally done. 2 hours. Note to Walgreens management. If you don’t want to do vaccinations please remove the service from your offerings."

"So I made an appointment at 12 for my Covid shot. Had to wait over an hour for my shots even after I made an appointment. Yes, I got my shot at 1:10. We had a whole lot of people waiting for various shots and realized that we had every slot up to 1pm waiting. Yeap…11:45, 12, 12:15, 12:30, 12:45, and 1:00. The lobby individually had to ask how much longer it would be and we were told it would be 5-10 more minutes. 5-10 minutes passed and someone else asked and they said 5-10 more minutes. I think once we had enough people getting angry, they start knocking out our shots which only took 2-3 mins each. I guess they prioritize the drive through over the people waiting in the lobby…idk. Either way, the process and priority at Walgreens is all messed up. I sure the pharm tech and pharmacist were nice people and I know it’s tough times but CMON!! If your in a hurry and want your appointments to be honored, try to go across the street to Kroger. The wait for your shot is like 5 minutes long compare to this Walgreens where it’s like 30 minutes after your appointment. I will note that the drive through Covid test was quick and painless. Been here a few times to get tested and there wasn’t much of a line."
