We need more kind “knowledgeable professionals’ and Teddy Bear Tom was like a huge bandage for our hearts and advanced our case to help us find the right solutions. He is a wealth of knowledge!!! "Their customer service is horrible and they now only service customers who live in Katy, TX proper. I live a mile from the 77449 zip code and have Houston on my drivers license. They refused to fill my prescriptions and the persons I spoke with on two different calls were quite rude. They've permanently lost my business at this point."

"Let me start out by saying I love this place. However, I picked up a medication on 5/22/2018 (controlled substance). I came in Saturday 5/26/2018 to pick up another prescription that was filled on Thursday 5/24/2018 (not a controlled substance). I picked up my prescription got it home and realized the filled two back to back prescriptions for a controlled substance - which I'm pretty sure they're not supposed to do. I went back to get my correct prescription, which I found out was ready for pick-up the first time I went in, but the somehow didn't give that one to me???"
