"I just came in today with a black hoodie it was me, my brother and my partner me and my brother had a black hoodie on obviously since it was chilly outside. I have never felt so uncomfortable in this store I come here often it was my first seeing the older white man with glasses and a white beard. He was following us around and he made a comment about our jackets while I answered a phone call. Me and my partner come here for the mystery boxes that they have. We have also put our closest family and friends on with that store since it’s our favorite crystal shop in Houston, but after today I will not be returning. I have never felt so uncomfortable in my life until now never again will I shop there smh."
"I have mixed feelings about this store. The store is really cool, but I find my self avoiding going in. The owner seems very hot and cold. I can go in one day and he’s really nice, then I can go in a different day and he seems annoyed and barely acknowledges me. I don’t know maybe I sensitive but it’s happened a few times. Other people I talk to just rave about this store and how nice he is. So I don’t know..very confusing."
"We love this shop. They have wonderful gifts for people who already have everything. We love the staff, they are very knowledgeable and helpful. This is the only place I buy my incense at. The picture is today’s finds and some of my favorite stick incense scents. I highly recommend the pots/wood sticks/charcoal/resin incense if that’s your thing. It smells AMAZING for DAYS!"

We have been Doing Business With Mallott’s for years now and Their Selection continues to Grow and Blow my Mind with Each Trip. If you Are looking for Museum Quality Pieces for a Great Price then you are at the Right Place, They are Very Knowledgeable And Welcoming People that Own/Run the Place. Every time We go the only bad part of the experience is when we have to leave! , 5 Stars for this Review isn’t quite enough for the Quality of Service and the Products you Receive From Mallott’s. Anyone who ends up At this Shop Won’t regret it."
