"Just moved to the area for school. I come to this location at least once a week! Some of the best costumer service I’ve received in a long time! The staff is always so welcoming! I went today and the lady brought me a to-go bag of chips and salsa without me asking! There are times that my friends and I arrive an hour or less before they close. That never changes the service. We have never felt unwanted or unwelcome. This location is clearly doing something right!"

"I won’t ever order To-go again. I had higher expectations for this Chili’s location especially since they’re fairly new. If I place a to go order, that means I’m going to need utensils. I ordered the Texas cheese fries and they didn’t even bother to include the ranch. So I had to wait for him to run back in for ranch meanwhile my food is getting cold. I don’t understand some of these restaurants. I included a tip and this is the type of service I receive. I won’t be ordering from here again."

"Came here on a Wednesday for happy hour. We ordered loaded fries, margaritas, a lunch meal deal, a cheeseburger meal, and fajitas. Pros: -Servers were friendly. -Our items arrived promptly and tasted great! Everything was cooked well and came out hot Cons: -The happy hour. There’s a different menu from all the regular chilis that tell you which appetizers are half off. Instead the menu has options for some wings or sliders and fries but there isn’t much of a price difference from ordering those same items regularly. The staff couldn’t answer my questions about it and although I understand they’re new they should still be trained on something like happy hour considering it’s a regular outting people do around here. Although the food was good I think I’ll wait for a while before going back to see if they’re more knowledgeable and efficient."

"First time visiting this location on Sunday 2/5/23 and I was a bit disappointed. Our waitress was okay, she was very patient, polite and friendly. The main reason I like going to Chili’s is for the egg rolls and they were completely out, I was ready to go after hearing that they were on back order. So I went on to order the Fiesta Bowl w/shrimp, total disappointment. The pico was extremely hard and dry so I didn’t really enjoy it. I’m learning my lesson with trying places when they just opened. I’ll give it a while before I go back to that location."

"This is a new location that just opened so I expected things to move a little slow while the staff got the hang of everything, but I was pleasantly surprised by how quick the service and food was. I got a burger and my husband a sirloin, and we weren't disappointed."
