"Made an online order at 3:50 to be delivered at 5:30 it can to be 5:40 and there was no update. I called the restaurant they put me on hold multiple times just to tell me they didn’t have a driver so it wasn’t even prepared yet. 1. Why are you offering delivery and not honoring the times the customer selected. 2. I got no update that my order would be late or even an apology that it wasn’t started. 3. You literally let customers make orders and then just hope they won’t be frustrated that it’s late and you have no timeframe for it to actually be delivered. Poor customer experience!"
"The new spicy pimento chicken sandwich was really good for chick-fil-a standards but I'm always a little let down by their chicken not being very crispy. the fries were crispy and well salted. The lemon freeze was a good choice to round out the meal. overall pretty decent"
