"Always enjoy my experience at Bob Evans! Walked in to a smiling face greeting us and seated. Server was one of the best I've had in a long time, very friendly and on her game. Food was good, fries could have been hotter but aside from that it was decent food."
"We frequent this location because we love Bob Evans, but not after this evening. Walked in to be seated with my son and they were not very busy (about a dozen or more cars in the lot, some had to be employees), and noticed a quiet and clean dining room. 2 young ladies at the counter finish their tasks and then talk to each other, while flashing aggravated looks our way. One of them walks to the back with her hands to her head, like someone would do when they are stressed. The other comes over to seat us, but does not greet us. Instead, she says (rather shortly), “We are on a wait.” I had to ask her to repeat it because there were so many open tables. She repeated it, and I replied, “Oh,ok. How long?” She tells me 10, maybe 15 minutes. “No problem, I reply.” She then continued speaking with a rude tone, “Do……you…….want to……. leave a name?” “Never mind”, I said. I don’t need your attitude.” She set her pen down and walked away as if her goal was to drive away a customer. Success, lady. In this case, permanently. Tip to the younger employees at restaurants: Customers walking in and needing served IS YOUR JOB. Stop acting like they are getting in the way of whatever else you seem to think takes priority."
"The portion of hash browns for my meal were as small as my children’s hands and OVERLY GREESY. One order of Pancakes were burnt the other order weren’t hardly cooked all the way. When I asked the manager about the hashbrowns she told me that’s how they are portioned and have always been portioned which is not true as I’ve came here for over 5 years it’s my entire family’s favorite place to eat. The new general manager had a lack of concern for how the food looked and was presented"

"Living in Colorado, we don't have Bob Evans, but growing up in Michigan and Illinois, eating here brings back memories of eating with family here when I was a kid. The food is great and the service was amazing. I recommend trying the new farmhouse biscuit sandwich platter. And get the hashbrowns loaded. And don't forget the giant chocolate chip cookie to go."
