"When we first moved here 2 years ago this Domino's was better. Now it's very hot or miss if we get a good amount of the garlic sauce. And pasta bowls are but good, not enough sauce, not mixed well, and burnt noodles due to both issues."

"Ordered $40 worth of pizza that was left outside in the cold. When I called to ask for a replacement the general manager Rachel ( if that’s her real name) said she would offer me $20 bucks then hung up in my face. She also instructed me to call corporate if I had a problem with it. I’ve had many issues with this location, but tonight takes the cake. I have seen several people post about how horrible the services is here, but I’ve never experienced it myself. ORDER ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE. They do not value their customers. Wentzville Dominos is horrible."

"Ordered Dominoes new tater tots and they were not done! I even went to the store to pick it up. The app said it would not be done until 30 mins. Went to the store 5 mins before the order was complete. Went in store to pick up item and was told it would be another 35 mins. Waited another 35 mins. Finally get the tots and it was extremely cold and raw. Some tots were not finish and were still raw. The did not put enough cheese as pictured in the advertisement. Awful experience. Hate this dominos. Little Ceasures taste better. Update: Decided to give another chance and order a pizza. It was burned up"

"Called placed an order and by time my pizza made it to my door this what I had. Drove back to store to only be offer a new pizza. Music blasting with provocative language as if a customer wasn’t even standing there. Staff is very unprofessional, and I will never order here again."

"I ordered 2 stuffed breads. And cheese smothered potato tots.. The oven was too hot and burnt the tots to where they were black and unedible. The other 2 the cheese was burnt but was edible. Employees Is we're professional and took care of the situation to my satisfaction, but they really needed to adjust those ovens."
