McDonald's

"Run through drive through a couple time's a month at different times. Food is as expected and I get relatively quick service. All depends on the car in front of you. (If they are not ready to order then you are stuck.) Not restaurants falt there...."

"Went during the slow hours and still got poorly made food that very obviously came from a filthy grill and kitchen. I work in food and would not eat anything from this location."

"This McDonald's can never get an order right. This evening, I went through the drive thru and ordered a Big Mac and large fry. I had to repeat my order twice, and then when I got up to the window, they said a different name and order and had to correct them for the third time. Then, I got to the window to pick up my order they just handed it to me with saying a word to me. I drove off without checking my order since I was in a rush, which was my mistake. When I got home, I opened the bag and found 10 piece chicken nuggets with BBQ sauce and a medium fry. So, I overpaid and didn't even get what I ordered. I will not be going back again until they get their act together as there are a whole lot of better food choices in the Wentzville area that provides much better service. Oh, and the worst of it was the receipt that was put in the bag with my food was for a 99-cent coffee. Shameful for the wages that they have to pay their employees today and with the higher food costs that the consumer is expected to pay for quality food and services not given."

"Probably one of the worst McDonald’s I have Ever been too. We waiting in the drive through to get our food just to have them tell all the people behind us we have to switch to lane one and we were told to go to the back of the line. Decided to go inside first we’re literally no one was paying attention to the register. Finally ordered and got our food and realized I ordered a large lemonade which came it was looked like a medium cup. Went back in and had to walk behind the counter to get someone’s attention for them to tell me what I got was a large for lemonade. I am sorry a lemonade large is now different then every other large drink I can order? Where is that listed than a large lemonade is a different size? I will NOT be returning as this is most poorly ran McDonads I have ever been too."

"My review is for the night crew not the morning crew. McDonald’s prices have went up to table service prices without the actual service. I ordered a cheeseburger happy meal with a half and half tea and a large half and half tea. Getting to the second window I watched the employees and the manager fill an unsweet tea up and pump a bunch of syrup into the cup. Then parked to set my kid up with their sandwich and it was a hot mess. Ketchup everywhere. It honestly came down to the employees though. Like I mentioned before, the morning crew is awesome. The night crew sucks. Could just be my area because I notice this a lot of different places with night crews. But that’s still not a reason to hand me a cheeseburger covered in ketchup. Lazy lazy lazy."
