"The apartment is in a great location and has allot of options around even if you just want to walk. The office staff are so friendly and nice which I’m greatly appreciative for! On-site seems so green and pretty, people are so friendly and nice. Very productive atmosphere. So far , I love it and ready to call it home!"

"The community is quiet and I feel relatively safe there, however every time I've had to deal with the office, I feel like an inconvenience to them. If I come home any time after 5PM, I normally have to park almost down at the entrance to the complex - very far from my building - which is a little scary at night. With the rising rent prices each year, I don't think it's a fantastic value for the price, unfortunately."
"We just moved into Walnut Ridge a few days ago but we feel perfectly at home. The community is peaceful and beautiful. We love how the amenities are thoughtfully designed and laid out. Our storage unit is close to our apartment, making it very convenient to access. Our dog loves the dog park and the new doggie friends he's made there! The lighting at the pool makes it feel safe yet, subdued to enjoy at night. The mature, well manicured trees & landscaping provide a gorgeous, park-like setting that feels wonderful; especially given the backdrop of Bastrop's natural beauty. The shade trees outside our south-facing windows help keep the apartment cooler. We highly recommend Walnut Ridge. We intend on staying here for many years due to the value of the location being so close to everything we could want in Bastrop. The on-property amenities are great to have without the expense and hassle of paying for things like lawn service and pool upkeep in a rental house or duplex. Hoping this review helps in your decision to become our neighbor! Cheers! :D"
"Anytime I have to submit a maintenance ticket (it’s life….stuff happens), the staff responds sooooo quickly. I also LOVE the app we use to submit the tickets! They even took my request seriously when I turned in request to have ants treated in the parking lot where I park! They seriously care."
