"I've been living here for a few months and enjoy it so far and can see myself being a long term tenant. The grounds are kept up and the apartments while a bit dated are in good repair. The office manager Jennifer is super sweet and accommodating. I've had one issue with my air conditioner and it was fixed very quickly. My neighbors seem to keep to themselves for the most part and it's pretty quiet around here. I will say though that it'd be nice to have more insulation between up and downstairs units because I hear almost every footstep they take up there. The complex is located minutes from downtown Bastrop and everything you could need. The quick walk to the State Park is a nice perk as well."
"Looking for a place to move? Pine Point Apartments is the place. Jennifer Bradshaw is the apartment manager there and she's great! Very nice. helpful, and professional. Not the newest apartments in town but they are reasonable and the apartment manager definitely made my decision easy."
"I didnt really want to spend my Sunday looking for an apartment but after meeting Jennifer Bradshaw who was a delight I am so happy I decided to get out and search that Sunday.. moving has always been difficult but Jennifer made this process smooth and easy I highly recommend if in Bastrop looking for living space."
"Management is wonderful. The maintenance guy does a great job fixing anything that goes wrong in a timely manor. To the person with the recent negative review you are not being truthful about the pool. The pool since I have been here has been beautiful and clean. Love this apartment and the staff. Such a hidden gem."
