"Anyone giving higher than 3 stars hasn’t moved out of their apartment yet. “Luxury living” clearly just means huge deposits that you will never see again. From the get go, our leasing agent made a multitude of errors with our lease. We were shuffled between multiple units, because they had already moved in someone else into the unit we had initially signed for. We had to sign 3 different leases, and still the day before our move-in we were informed that we would be moving to another unit. Kudos to management for letting that leasing agent go, that was professionally the right move. Though it did not make a difference given that the complex still had our move-out date wrong by 4 months, and never sent move-out notices and move-out inspection criteria. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND before moving out having your unit inspected independently, as their inspection is heavily biased in favor of eating up the deposit. Very disappointed in Greystar management, as I’ve lived in 3 other complex’s under their management who were all fantastic. Apartments are nice and kept up to date and we got a great rate! Ultimately the apartment misses 4 stars because of their parking. These parking spots are incredibly small and likely do not meet Williamson county parking spot requirements. Why designate spots as, “visitor” yet still force nonresidents to “register” their car every 24 hours? No one should be towed for parking one hour while visiting. It is unreasonable and clearly monetarily motivated to have guests not only park in a designated spot, but also fill out a form to park. I don’t care how “easy” it might be the system created is maliciously opportunistic. Taking a vehicle off of the premises might be within the complex’s rights when violating their parking policy, but it is unfair to have guests car towed during a one hour visit and run a rat race to somehow find out where their car has been taken and then have to Uber 30 minutes away since they had been stranded. As a resident I was towed the day before Thanksgiving, could not get in touch with management to understand why I was towed or the towing company, ultimately leading to the inability to see my family this year. I recommend changing the towing policy to a tyre boot, so people have access to their cars and a direct line of contact, while also changing guest parking to rely less on miscommunication and human error. Overall, the apartment was reasonably priced with nice amenities. But the opportunistic money grabs were very disappointing and reminiscent of properties far below the Greystar Community standard."

"Awesome place to live for long time with family, it has brand new apartment units. I love the amenities provided gym, swimming pool, business place, printer, morning drink etc. I like the responsiveness and excellent service of leasing team."

"I have stayed here for over a year now and extended my lease because this is a great place to stay at. The maintenance crew always give the best service and have taking care of every issue quickly. The office staff and especially the manager Aaron has gone above and beyond to accommodate me and my family. Any incident that may have spontaneously happened, she and her staff always made themselves available and had resolved every incident immediately. I really appreciate them all, and they are solely the reason why I am giving this review 5 stars."

"The leasing staff and maintenance personnel are excellent and very friendly! The apartment complex is kept clean, very quiet and family friendly environment. If something needs to be fixed or taken care of the staff ensure it taken care of quickly."
