"I recently had the pleasure of partnering with Leander Station Senior Villages to offer affordable internet options for their residents, and my experience has been nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I stepped into their office, it felt like catching up with old friends. The team, especially the wonderful ladies in the office, exuded authenticity, kindness, and a warm welcome. Our collaboration included a presentation in the theater to introduce affordable assistance programs for connectivity solutions, and the turnout was beyond expectations. Meeting with the residents was a delight, and I had the opportunity to learn about the challenges they faced with recent changes in cable providers, which led them to navigate the transition to streaming services. The support provided by the front office team was remarkable, with praises echoing from everyone involved. What struck me the most was witnessing more than just a property; I saw a community where residents and staff come together to support one another. Even the maintenance team went above and beyond, assisting residents who couldn't make it to the presentation. A special shoutout goes to Anna, the Resident Service Coordinator. Her hands-on approach and dedication to the residents' well-being are truly commendable. Anna exemplifies patience, kindness, and compassion in all she does, ensuring that recommendations and solutions are tailored to each individual's needs. "Don't believe anything the office management promise you. My choices are taken away and I must live in an apartment next to the trash landing on the first floor in order to get the 30% discount. My apartment smells of trash and dirty diapers because if maintenance doesn't empty the room on Friday, it will smell until Monday providing a holiday that may keep them off another day. I was in a nice unit before this move and now I'm not happy. I asked the office management for another apartment once my lease is up in early 2024. Sadly I am told "no" and I have no other choice but to stay in this unit if I want to keep the 30% rent discount. Other residents on the discount program never had to move out of their existing units, they were given the discount. It was a hard move for me and I know how they treated me was not right and fully deceitful. I have been on the waiting list for a two bedroom 30% apartment. There was two that came available but they felt I should be given that small smelly one bedroom whereas there are noisy air conditioning units outside the bathroom wall and a horrific buzzing in the bedroom closet that they can't seem to find and fix. I'm on a limited income just as the other residents, some they treat better than others. If you are looking to place your family members at this complex, make sure every offer and promises you get in writing."

"My grandmother lived here from 2015 until November 2021. She passed away in the middle of December 2021. I went there twice a week in the beginning to walk her dog. I then started going a 3rd day a week to clean her apartment for her. And when I was there the tenants and the staff were always very nice. I loved being there and spending time talking to people and looking at the rocks. The pond in the back always caught my and my husband's attention because of the water plants. The atmosphere was just relaxing for somebody like me with anxiety. I am truly going to miss being there.. And I hope all of the residents are doing well."
