Montgomery Pines Apartments

"Montgomery Pines Apartment treats the elderly that live there without dignity and without respect. My client has been living over 6 months to a year without a working oven and about 4 months now withou a working refrigerator. My client is sickly with one good eye. As a caregiver, I can't even get through the gate to assist him because the code doesn't work for his appointment or phone. Management has been informed about all these issue, but to no avail. Please Help!"

"Don't let them fool you. The amenities are not what they say. The pool is barely open 6 weeks a year. Even when every other apartment complex around have their pools open. Always an excuse to keep theirs close and when it's open it's often dirty. It is very small for the huge amount of people that live in that apartment complex there are no lounges chairs or tables to sit and enjoy your time. The gym is a joke there is no such thing there are just a few machines I don't work or are very old in a very tiny space. The playground is only for little kids and is very small does not have enough entertainment for kids of other ages. And often when grown kids are playing in the playground little kids don't want to because they are pretty wild. Teenagers have nothing to do outdoors. It is pretty boring for them. Cars drive around too fast so it's not safe for kids to run their bicycles or roller skates. This apartment complex is better for couples without children or elderly ppl. If your kids are okay staying indoors all day long during summer and other times then if it's okay"

"My best friend of 21 years lives in these apartments. So I frequently come over. Well, the last 6 months that I have been coming over, I have had to park in the office due to RESIDENTS taking up the visitor parking spots. I could understand if it was ever so often. But it's literally EVERY TIME. It has been reported. Her dad's truck got towed due to no visitor parking. How can you tow a visitor if your residents are parking in the visitor parking. If I see it again, I will call a tow truck, wait on them and show them the residential vehicles that are in resident spots. Management needs to address this issue asap. I uses to love coming here. Now I dread it having to drag my 5 year old acrodd the roads in here with the speed demons that live here. Do better Montgomery Pines! Do better!!!!"

"I have never had such a good experience living in apartments. Shirley and her team are the kindest and they deal with problems right away. The maintenance guys are the best. As soon as you have an issue they get on it right away. I'm going on my 2nd year living here and do not plan to move"

"As a young lady looking for my very first apartment, Montgomery Pines was being constructed. I had my heart set on moving in there. I continued living with relatives while saving towards moving expenses. Around 2006 I moved in, the entire staffs welcoming made me feel right at home. Unforeseen events made me relocate back to Louisiana for family support. Later on when it was time to move back to Texas I chose to come back home to Montgomery Pines. Years have passed and surely both management and staff has changed but we still have a since of community here. Highly skilled and trustworthy Mr. Louise and Carlos as maintenance technicians. They show their care through the hard work that they do. Mrs Shirley, Susie, Veronica and Arlene/Eileen (I get names wrong sometimes) makeup the strong structured management and office staff that I trust and rely on to keep this my home."
