"Been here almost a year and never had one single issue. Management has been great and pleasant to talk to. Maintenance was prompt the one time I had to call them. Never had a pest problem and haven't seen any police issues in the complex. The location is a huge plus as it's close to everything. I would recommend. Only negative is no storage closet but you can't have it all."

"I went in as a potential new resident and the office staff was unprofessional from the beginning. They seemed sketch and that alone kept me from continuing on through the process to moving in although I was approved. Something told me don’t do it. Then I happened to read the reviews and I see why they are all bad. Definitely NOT a place to invest your time, money, or energy in to."

"I’ve been here since February and it hasn’t been so great. I moved into a ‘renovated’ apartment but it had messed up appliances that I had to have fixed several times. I find it kind of interesting that the lead maintenance guy (scrawny guy with glasses) literally does not know how to fix a single thing. He always had to get someone else to do it and he is kind of creepy. There was one incident maintenance came over to fix something while I was at work and I came home to find my dog missing. They had left the door open while they were there and she was running outside (I’m not kidding you). Luckily I got her back. The office has a a high turnover. There is always a new employee when I walk in so that is probably why things aren’t running smoothly here. I’m still dealing with issues so just a warning to future tenants."

"I am a current resident, and I am currently looking to move. I have a one bedroom unit, and it is a nice size for two people.The appliances are not brand new but are also not very outdated. There is no pantry and not very bright. I only had simple issues when I moved in on the 1st of February (Shower knob broke, closet rod needed fixing). After about 5 or 6 days, I noticed a small roach on the base of a counter. The next day I saw more, and it has increased exponentially. I went inside the office and asked to be placed on the list for extermination. He apparently came on the 14th (there was no note left) but it hasn't helped. I will attach photos as well. I am a very clean person, and I am TERRIFIED to get living room furniture for fear that the roaches will be living in my couch!"
