"Been here over a month now and no major issues here . My apartment is very spacious, it’s very quiet. The girls in the office are always willing to help with the few times I’ve called about things. Only downfall is the way the water is set up here , you pay for water and gas due to them having a boiler system instead of the hot water heaters. Only pro to that is the hot water will never go cold on you . It’s a tad pricey rent and fee wise but to have a peace of mind with where you are living overrides that small issue . I would recommend this apartment to people that are looking . Plus they are always doing something for the community here . UPDATE AFTER BEING HERE 3 MONTHS... The office staff are very nice. No major issues just dont feel this apartment is my home.. The rent is step but knew that signing the lease. It is A LOT OF FEES. I pay $180 in extra fees outside of the parking I pay for. The fees are crazy and not really spoke on when you are signing the lease. In total from fees just for trash I pay $39 which is beyond crazy to me. They have some new rules they put out which is fine because they don't effect me, but crazy to know we are paying so much and you basically told you can't do this.AGAIN WHICH IS FINE. I really wanted to love this place so much because they are nice but price wise no thank you. The maintaince team is AMAZING. They are very quick and friendly. Just the rent+fees are insane. My actual sewer charge was higher than the actual amount of my water bill which is crazy as heck. Now that rent is going down my same floor plan has dropped beyond what I am paying. Wish this was a place I could stay for awhile but will not be returning after this lease is up. AGAIN THE OFFICE IS NICE JUST NOT THE BEST FIT ONCE FULLY MOVED IN AND THINGS GET TO ROLLING IN."

"When I moved in last year it seemed nice. The area is very quiet but the apartments are really small. I was at home yesterday and hear a knock at my door before I could answer the office person Karin was sticking her key in to turn my lock and enter without any type of notice….. this is not okay. I’m glad I had both locks secure."

"I have wanted to make a point to share my review of Copper Hill for a little while now as I have lived here almost a year in April and have truly enjoyed my stay. This is my first place in TX and I have zero complaints. Jessica and Caesar have been an amazing help from day 1 of leasing to continued assistance with any requests or questions I have. They have both been extremely patient, understanding, kind and consistently provided outstanding customer service and care to tenants here. It is quiet here, neighbors are polite and everyone pretty much stays in their own areas, but still very nice. Any maintenance requests I’ve put in were immediately handled or completed in a timely manner. The pool has always been clean and the grounds are regularly maintained. The gym is smaller in size but is still effective. There is ample parking and the location is such a convenience in my opinion. I’d recommend not to look any further, I feel safe and it’s worth every penny, this complex is a gem. So glad I came across it."
