Bedford Hills Apartments

"The maintenance lead Javier is awesome! He's prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. The manager might not always be available in office but she always answers your emails. They keep the complex clean and the grass stays cut. You will hear kids running around playing and having a good time outside when the weather is good so if this bothers look elsewhere. Other than that it's a quiet community where crazy behavior is not tolerated and will be reported to our local police dept. There is a five star elementary school next door to the complex with a small park in between. I've been here almost three years and my only complaint is that the parking is not assigned so you frequently have guests parking in the residents spots. **Update** I'm still here and I still recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a quiet and safe place to raise a family. ***2nd Update*** I've been here for about 5 years now and don't plan on moving anytime soon. We have a new manager (Ashley) that has done some amazing things around the complex to make it look nicer and to make it feel safer (which was not an issue before). She added cameras, more lights around the complex and implemented a new parking policy which is nice. Javier is still here and he is still amazing. I have changed my previous 4 star rating to a 5 star rating since the parking issue has been resolved. ***3rd Update*** (2023) We've had two units burn down because they allow people to smoke inside the apts. I've reported my neighbor several times for smoking inside and nothing has been done about it so I guess our units will be next to burn down. For the past year they've moved people in that are loud and inconsiderate of their neighbors. I've been here for 8 years and when I last renewed my lease they raised my rent $200. When I asked to move to an updated unit they were going to charge me $300 just to move. The parking spots meant for tenants are not enforced. The towing company they have sucks. They take forever to get here when you call to have a car moved and they never drive through to make sure the visitors are not in the resident's parking spots."

"I finally found a place worth living, I came to this place by coincidence while I was bringing a delivery to Stephanie and from the moment I entered the complex I loved it. It is a place where you feel peace, very beautiful, totally clean and pleasant. I applied and I have been living here for almost a month. Like everything that had just moved in, the apartment had small details that Stephanie and Javier, who is the maintenance guy, efficiently resolved. They have been diligent and have resolved everything. I have no doubt that I will love to live here for many years, as long as the good management of the property is maintained. As for the shortcomings, the place would be complete if it had a gym and a grill area, I hope they build it in the future, at least the grill which is very important for a Sunday at the pool. I recommend living in this place, of course, as long as you are decent because there are cameras everywhere, something that is incredible because you feel safe. So people who behave well are welcome. "We've been here for almost a year now (moved in April of this year) and it's been amazing. Ashley is very responsive, from the time we put in our application to the day we got our keys and moved in until now. This place is amazing. Very family oriented and sits in a quiet neighborhood. We've never had any issues at all. Javier, the lead maintenance is also very friendly and is always on top of things."

"I will be moving into this complex within a month or so, but I'm already so pleased with the communication- and we don't even live there yet! If there is any events or issues, we are immediately notified. Hayli is such a pleasure to work with and doesn't give you the run around. I've visited this complex during the day as well as night (to become familiar) and it just seems like a family community- no loud parties or people throwing trash everywhere... nope. Seems just like normal working people who want to enjoy their time at home. I'm so excited to move into our new place and look forward to living in such a great community. **update** Now that I've lived here for a month, I still stick to my original review. It's so quiet around here.... neighbors are friendly yet keep to themselves. I just wish I moved here sooner! *updating the update* We've now lived here for a year and just renewed our lease. My original review is still the same... no loud neighbors, landscaping is always neat and maintained, anytime we have a maintenance issue or any kind of issue, it is quickly resolved. Great place to live! **updating the updated update** Our water heater started to leak yesterday, put in a work order online, today- we have a whole new water heater before noon! Javier is the best maintenance guy! I just signed ANOTHER lease and I still have no complaints."
