This year I have seen a lot of work to improve things and I look forward to more coming soon."

"Having resided in this apartment complex for over 20 years, I can attest to the fact that, like any other place, it has had its fair share of ups and downs. One aspect worth mentioning is the AC system, which operates on a shared chill water setup rather than individual units for each apartment. It's important to note that due to its centralized nature, the cooling might not reach icy cold levels, but it does provide a comfortable cooling experience. In terms of pest control, the management has been proactive in addressing the issue by collaborating with pest control services. Additionally, maintaining cleanliness in your own space can contribute to keeping bugs away. The management and maintenance staff are friendly and dedicated to performing their duties to the best of their abilities. With that said they also, offer support and assistance to both long-time residents and new tenants the best of their abilities too. They report to a higher authority who can deny or approve the support they can give. Over the years, the apartment complex has undergone gradual upgrades, which is a positive sign of improvement. With new owners in place, I hope to see further enhancements to the property, although it's important to note that additional upgrades may come with a price increase. It's worth acknowledging that, despite occasional negative reviews, I have personally witnessed the same individuals complaining both a year ago and more recently. If their experience was genuinely as bad as depicted, it would be logical to consider moving out if they were unhappy. As someone who has lived here for over 20 years, I can confidently say that my overall experience has been positive. Ultimately, each resident's experience may differ, but it's essential to consider the improvements made over time and the dedication of the management team. If you value longevity and stability, this apartment complex could be a suitable choice for your long-term residence."
