"Estefania has been super helpful with getting me and my girlfriend set up for a new apartment! Gave us a great tour, was very welcoming and helped answer any questions we had. And very timely and helpful throughout the application process. One of the best leasing people I have interacted with. If you need help with the office I would ask for her! I do not live here yet, but am hopeful that the experience will be the same as it has been so far"

"I’ve lived here for 4 years, and have had quite a few experiences. The latest of which has been recurring hot water issues, the most recent needing the entire heater replaced. Have the residents been given any sort of notice? Nope. Any sort of emails regarding when the maintenance will take place? Nope. Any sort of announcement for when the hot water will return? Nope. And don’t bother going by the office to ask any questions, the office will just get snappy and say they are by themselves and don’t have time to update residents on health and safety hazards in their own homes by not having access to hot water."

"Absolutely the worst experience I ever had in my entire life. Woke up early in the morning excited to look for a new place to start my humble beginnings. And got greeted by the Grinch. Don't remember the lady's name. But I can describe her for you which was an older white lady. You can see the hatred in her eyes when I walked in. It's 2023. People can live wherever they chose to live. It doesn't matter about their ethnicity, gender, or religious preference. People need to be treated all the same. So my advice to the owner. You need to do a shakedown immediately!! This is not how you want to represent your business especially in this day and age!!! I will never recommend this place to anyone in the world ever!!!!!"

"I signed a lease for a 1 bedroom to wait for a 2 bedroom. A 2 bedroom unit became available shortly thereafter and they switched everything, signed a new lease, paid, and got the keys. A slight hiccup caused the apartment to actually not be available. I was going to suggest I move into the original 1 bedroom, but Estefania beat me to it and suggested it first. We walked through it, everything looked perfect and we setup a new lease immediately. We switched keys and I moved in. I couldn't be happier as the apartment is great. Very spacious and well kept, even had an air freshener for me. At no point did I feel that Estefania was being fake, condescending or rude. She is an absolute pleasure to work with. Trustworthy is not a term you can usually describe a leasing agent. However, trustworthy is exactly what she is. Even with the hiccups, the move in process was smoother than silk. Out of the 35+ apartments I looked at, at Waters Park the staff/apartment/location is miles ahead of all the rest. I will be writing another review for the manager. They both deserve 15 stars but it only goes to 5."

"I have lived here 8 years and there’s always an issue with the pool and the gym. I had nieces coming over today and the pool was disgusting. Someone comes in to clean on Tuesdays? That has not been cleaned for more than a week! Everything gets more expensive but the amenities do not get updated or serviced properly! This is ridiculous!"
