"Nadia the manager is rude. She actually got into a physical altercation with a tenant in the leasing office. Leasing staff does not treat residents with respect or dignity. Apartments are infested with cockroaches. Grounds of complex are not kept up. Pools were closed all summer. Playground equipment is all damaged or broken. All in all an absolute terrible place to live. Would not recommend to anyone."

"We moved in recently Renee is a great person to work with she kept me up to date on my application from beginning to end good service. She was very helpful and concerned am very grateful to her she is good at her job. The only problem I have is am on the 2 floor in a 3 bedroom and I found out that the air conditioner don’t circulate good up here. But me and my family wasn’t going to let that deter us we bought some more fans and spread them out.and it’s getting ready to get cold outside so we are going to be alright. But over all we love the apartment and the service we received. Quiet Place and my neighbor is friendly.maybe next year if there is a 3 bedroom open on the first floor I will try to get one. Because we really like it over here."

"I have been living here for 3 years now and my experience in the apartments is bad. We are paying $1800 for 2bd 1bath and there are rats, and LOTS of roaches and hella spiders. This community is so bad the little kids here are damaging property and hopping over fences of pools and being so rude and cussing I'm taking little like 3 year old kids. Not just that there are so many legal things going on in these apartments like smoking, drinking and teens staying up all night and making SO much noise outside. There are people coming in these apartments and making mess like water bottles, throwing playground wood chips and the equipment and leaving clothes or socks behind. What's even worse is that these managers don't care and don't do any special events for their residents that are living here. And make sure you get a sticker if your car will be towed and they charge you a lot. That's all I have to say and I don't recommend these apts and I'm leaving here soon."

"First off if I could leave 0 stars I would. Not sure why anyone that lives here would leave more than 1 star. The office staffed changed and went down hill. You could live here. Have your car registered perfectly and they will tow it. Costing you over 300$. Then have the nerve to send you referral request. Honestly this is the worst place I have ever stayed at. Not only do they wanna tow your car. Every chance. They want visitors to pay for parking now. During the summer. Triple digits. Pool closed 80% of the summer. Have to beg for them to open it. Maintenance is very nice. But I can’t get a lot of stuff fixed I have put request in for. Office staff doesn’t act like they care about anything and they pretty much act like things are your fault. I wouldn’t be surprised if a class action lawsuit hits them soon. Had a guy threatening me and following me with a gun accusing me of stuff. Apt tells me to call the cops. Neighbor threaten me with a gun. Apt tells me to call the cops. They really do not do a thing. They don’t offer any protection for your property. And actively prevent you from protecting your own property. Which is crazy. Just too many issues to name. I’ll just post a sample of something Iv put a request in and has never been fixed . You would have to be crazy to wanna live here. The prices are too high for what you get."

"I've lived in this apartment off and on for 4 years now, and it seems management has just recently changed. We all have to register our vehicles through a website, which is fine, I hated those damn stickers anyways but before our guest could register and park up to 48 hours at a time no problem. NOW it's 1x a month free and $5 each time plus tax. The 1 bedroom I have now is $1200 and it's not even updated. Ugly brown cabinets cramped together. When I moved into this one last August and we had a bunch of rain, my bedroom flooded with water. Old manager said oh no, how could this happen. I'm sure there's mold somewhere in the wall because it's got a huge crack along the base board. I put in a ticket and after they inspected the inside they closed it because they couldn't find the leak on the outside. The only good thing about this apartment is maintenance. They are always nice and respond to request quickly. I'm definitely moving out, if I can save up to break my lease I would."
