"These apartments are rubbish. When I signed the contract, they never let me see the apartment and as a result they handed it over to me dirty, everything damaged, the dishwasher damaged, the entire kitchen is bad, what they fixed, they fixed it badly and now that the contract is over, I left it and now I They charge for damages of more than 2,000 dollars. It's absurd. If they had that apartment, it was worse than me leaving it. I don't recommend it. Poor management. The apartments are disgusting."

"worst customer service. CINDY is the manger and she is very rude. Office will not answer the TP at all and we have to go and talk to them all the times even for small thing. Then they treat us very disrespectfully. Worst apartment management ."
"I have experienced the best residential support services of my life with Toscana Property Management. The staff are friendly and helpful… Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Whether it was changing light bulbs, replacing/removing furniture, or servicing the plumbing and electricity, maintence quickly and thoroughly ensured that I have an optimal living environment. I have reverted a few people. I strongly recommend this apartment complex. The office manager Eva is the best. I totally recommend it."
