"Office manager is terrible at communicating and is never at the actual office. I’m so glad I didn’t move in here. They are an income based agency apartment so when you possibly make more that required they look at you like trash. And I wasn’t even applying for myself I just was inquiring for my sister!"
"I was looking at these apartments. From the outside they seem almost decent but these reviews have made up my mind. No way will I live somewhere like this. It’s bad enough you have no patios or real porches but majority of reviews are awful. I would rather pay a little more and be treated like someone who works hard to pay not rent. It’s not free. You have to abide by the contract as well. Not just the renters. Also if someone lives in your complex for years they should get upgrades seems like the appliances are old AF. Most apartments give you something new with a lease renewal. Bad communication is the worst. Do better for the people that are stuck living there."
"my car was towed. my. friend who is disabled has been fined 9 different times for things she didn't do. Awful place. appliances are from 2003!! caught fire and the won't replace only repair 1 month later still isn't repaired. but Maintenance man has time to take pics of me walking her dog. Priorities people."
"I have now been living here for 2 years. I have had a leak in my roof took 7 months to get fixed. It has a black/brown stains where it was leaking. Now I have a leak in my master bedroom window where I have water poring out of it to the point I have to put a bucket under it. I was told it was fixed but there is no way. Now I know for a fact it has mold cause I can see the black spots. Now that’s a health hazard to myself and children. It’s sad because they would be nice apartments but they are not taken care of the proper way. Paperwork is never done I don’t even remember the last time I actually signed a new lease. They are extremely understaffed. Olga and Taylor are very sweet people and help as much as they can I will say that. Chris the maintenance guy is also very sweet but never gets the proper help he needs to get all the work orders taken care of. If I don’t get transferred to a different unit because of the mold I will be reporting them to the city of Burleson and health department."
