"I have been living here for about a year and we have enjoyed the time. Management and maintenance has always been good about addressing any issues we have had. The elevators have been down due to poor quality work from the construction company, but management has done everything they can to fix them. The grounds are checked and cleaned daily by maintenance, and stairs are routinely power washed. Neighbors are friendly, and we have never had any complaints about noise either. Great place to live!"

"Bad maintenance, worst new management, and terrible communication. I don't know if they are trying to save money to look better for the company, avoiding fixing the elevators , painting walls, or cleaning walkways. This place, sadly, will be trashed if it continues this way. I hate moving, but I can't live with this poor management. Judging by other reviews, looks like elevator problem it's all around the property, I lived here for about 8 months and the elevator been out at least 10 times and this times for over two weeks, fiends came to visit and they got stuck in the elevator for over 20 min with their babies , I understand things happen but 10 TIMES , also , I was looking for a solution and move to first floor and now I have to paid for a new application fee , deposit and everything like I choose to move. I'm just gonna finish my contract and move out. Update 09-15-23 : It's been a six weeks since the elevator is not working and now valet trash (we paid for that) don't pick up trash and walkways smell bad .... like I said , sadly this property It's downhill so fast. ......01-28-24 They said, "elevators repairs will start this coming January " six months after and still the same , I can use stairs but I can't deal with lies."

"I love living here! It's a very safe, clean, and friendly environment. All of the staff are super helpful and always reply in a timely manner. I really enjoy the pool and the weight room. The rent is reasonably priced and the units are well kept. Definitely plan to stay for a long time."

"We just moved in beginning of December. I have to say the property is beautiful, quiet, and well kept. Parking is a little crazy, and unfortunately, they do not have enough car ports to go around. That would probably be my least favorite thing so far. Everything else is up to my standards! We moved in and the apartment was very clean and the amenities and office staff are so nice!! Dianna and Laurel have to be the sweetest leasing agents I’ve ever come across! They made our move in so easy and stress free and I am a very happy new resident! My family and I love our new home!!"
