"Ruthless money grab. If the service for cleaning/ housekeeping cant get in the apartment because the owner is not home, they fine $250. Living quality isn’t that good either, within the first 3 months, bugs and roaches started appearing and one even climbed on my face. Most of the time the free parking is packed and you end up having to pay for reserved parking. Do not live here for your sake."
"I have no complaints. I’ve been living here for about 3 years. Ashley the manager is awesome. I’ve never lived in an apartment where the manager is this great. I started in a one bedroom and she helped me out on getting a 2 bedroom so my son can have his own room. She made the transfer so smooth and easy. This is a great place to live if you’re looking for an apartment."
