"Been a resident for 2 years now and it's been great. Low monthly payments. Quiet and peaceful community for it being in the south. Never had issues with cockroaches or any infestation. Fast and great maintenance service with professional office staff. It's a recommended place to rent!"

"I have been living in the La Joya Apartments for almost two years now, and I must say that I have never faced any issues with the management. In fact, I would like to commend them for being very helpful and responsive to any issue I have had. They keep the community well-informed about any upcoming changes within the appropriate timeframe. Moreover, I am impressed with the speed and efficiency with which they address any maintenance requests we have. The area is relatively quiet, and there is ample parking space for both residents and visitors."

"When I first moved in there were different owners and it was pretty bad. the gates were broken, cockroach problems, bad painting jobs, fridge problems and many more. with these new owners they have been assessing each problem at a time. they are trying to reinforce rules that have been there for a while but we're forgotten about. They have installed cameras, small areas for bbq pits. Although they didn't have a lot to work with at the beginning, it does show that they are doing the most they can. I do have some issues regarding not allowing furniture outside such as chairs, space is already limited and we are just trying to make this place seem like a home and with that rule they are not letting us. They also didn't wanna reimburse me for all the food that was gone to waste because of my fridge not working. So I did not like them for that. But that's just two things that I'm pretty upset about. I know they have a lot on their hands but we are customers to them, and things like a fridge malfunction should fall on them. But anyways, not bad apartments. Wish there was a pool but I know that there isn't much space. So I know they're trying to do the best they can. they are now repainting the buildings, adding new grill areas, cutting grass more often, they have now biweekly pest control treatments which is awesome. So therefore my rating, it's getting better"

"I’ve been living at this apartment complex for 4 years and I’m grateful to see the new improvements the new management has improvised. They added cameras, repainted the exterior unit, and added new grills. The portal to make payments or submit maintenance requests is easy to manage. Also maintenance requests are serviced at an urgency pace and don’t take days to be serviced. These apartments are also pet friendly and affordable."

"New management has incredibly improved environment and made the complex look more appealing and safe with security cameras all around the complex. Excellent response time with management with service calls. Would totally recommend these apartments for anyone looking for a quiet/safe apartment complex."
