"Worst place to rent. Before moving out we made sure to clean the apartment. Yet three years after we left we received a letter saying we owed them $300 due to them needing to fix things. They also charged $150 and said they paid a cleaning lady to clean the apartment when we had already cleaned it. They were also showing pictures from a different apartment saying it was the one we stayed at. They charged us for damages their maintenance did as well."

"If I could this place 0 stars I would. I don't recommend living here at all when you can find a better place with more amenities and better service. They also lie and try to get you scared by saying certain things. Before you sign the contract, just to let you know, they say they need to inspect your apartment as if you're in high school and/or living with your parents.They had told me they were going to come and check on my fire alarms to see if they work or if they needed to be fixed, but when they came, they legit just walked around my apartment and didn't even check my alarms, and I know this because I had a ring camera set up and saw what they did. A few days later, they started going off meaning they're not working. They overcharge for pets and have very little grass space for them to walk on . They say they fumigate but I had fire ants in my bathroom and kitchen."

"The property has little to no grass and the areas that do have grass are almost never maintained. They have sprinklers but after almost 2 years of living in these apartments I have never seen them turn on. The maintenance staff are so rude its almost a joke. I have requested my air filter to be changed so so so so many times. Any little request goes unoticed. The apartment above me flooded and presumedly caused thousands of dollars in damage because they forced the people to move out. What's worse is the maintenance rep informed me that my roofs integrity was compromised and that I shouldn't leave any belonging near it. I have contacted the maintaince about this and after almost 2 months and numerous phone calls, they don't care. For how much you pay for this apartment, look somewhere else. Save yourself the headache."

"The apt complexes in Laredo are so gross and overpriced that you may just consider moving to San Antonio or Austin. Many of the apt complexes, this one included, are designed for low-income housing in many cities, and should NEVER be above $550 a month. These apt complexes have tight car spaces, few to no inches for drivers and passengers on both sides of the vehicle in which they exist, little to no green spaces (this one has none), little to no trees, no community spaces or parks, no dog parks, no fencing around the complex or security entrances or exists for residences and visitors. Are you getting a picture of how these apt complexes typically look with little to no resident amenities? You get what you pay for, yes. However, apartment housing in Laredo is far from cheap. I have lived in a apt complex for many years in San Antonio. The listed amenities that I describe above are all checked where I live and I only pay $1050 (that’s with water, pet control, trash, and covered parking - and again, with all the listed amenities). Further, I am not having to park my vehicle right up against someone’s window, which again points to under developed apt complex designs and/or low income housing with no green spaces. This type of housing needs to stop in Laredo. I think it may be time for me to go back with my experience and education in law to help those in Laredo. - published researcher"

"I used to live in this place & regret it so much ! On top of there expensive prices it’s RIDICULOUSLY crazy !! Sure enough we live in a small town were prices should be affordable!! But unfortunately we live in a society we’re they think “ north side people have money” !! ON TOP OF THAT MANTIENCE & MANGMENT IS A JOKE !! The place is filled with roches !! Fugimation wont happen unless you call them !! They won’t change filters they have to come out of pocket !! And parking spaces are $20 a month!! Not worth it !!! This place is a joke on top of that a 2 bed room feel like a rat hole space !! Thank god I moved out already !!"
