"My grandparents use to live here about 12 years ago they were so fancy and beautiful. I lived here about 4 years ago and honestly horrible. They really let these go bad. First of all it's invested with coachroaches, scorpions and lizards would appear every now and then too. The mailboxes are all broken half put mail would go missing."
"Worst place ever! The manager is unprofessional. She doesn’t know anything about property management. She discloses your private information to other residents. She has favorites so if you complain about one of her favorites she gets mad at you. She is rude and incompetent. If you have a problem she will tell you to figure it out on your own. My car got crashed by my next door neighbor and the lady from the office wanted to give me a warning for complaining about the crash. Ridiculous!! she only helps her favorites! The apt itself is old! the stove and fridge are old and if you renew your lease for 6 months they raise your rent $50.The property is always dirty and people leave the trash outside the dumpsters. Just waiting for the lease to end to move out."
"I lived there in 1997 when they were brand new & considered luxury. Recently, I went to visit someone and the tenants throw there trash in the back of the building instead of the dumpsters. It's Really Dirty now. Surprised because the owners use to be strict."
