"So… I moved out of here a while back… I had left them a bad review in the past, but moving out was easy, Jackie made everything work for me, I was not over charged or anything, after moving to a luxury community I miss this place… it was cozy and everything was on point… If you have issues go to Jackie, I still have 1 year left on my lease where I live I had to renew cuz of work but who know I might be coming back here, it’s very well located it’s safe. Move here it’s not perfect but you’ll like it"

"This review is long overdue. I moved out back in March 2023.Worst apartment complex I have lived in. Don't rent here. I had to put several work orders for stove. They replaced it once and after that they would supposedly fix it, but no it still didn't work. Maintenance is lazy. Don't expect them to replace anything that is broken or doesn't work properly. The only reason I was able to get my stove replaced once was when Arturo was working there. They charge you $50 at move out no matter what even if you shampoo the carpet yourself. Cause they want a "professional" to do it. My advice is give the non refundable deposit because they will not give you the full amount back if you give the refundable amount."

"My and I can’t be happier ! Apartments are so spacious feels just like at home here . The pool is a great plus and it’s big my girls love it . Brandy is always so helpful; always going on and above her way to help she always answers all my questions and concerns . When I submit a maintenance ticket there done in a timely matter . Over awesome place !!!"

"My husband and I moved in almost a year ago and we couldn’t be happier. The apartments are spacious and very cozy. The community is peaceful and very well kept, aesthetically pleasing. The amenities are wonderful including a very large pool and a package receiving center for bulkier online orders. Amenities include a playground for children as well as a dog park. Staff is friendly and courteous and any issues that arise are quickly addressed. Highly recommend this community to anyone with or without children."

"I have lived here for almost two years and I deeply regret it, this community is old, sometimes they get tricky with the charges, you can never find parking, they use parking permits but they never enforce them and you have random people parking everywhere, cops know about this and if you park in an area that not designated cuz there’s no parking you get tickets, and it’s starting to look like the ghetto. Do not move here."
