Carmel Apartments

"Over all not a bad place to live friendly community and a perfect spot for a small family and single individuals. Not recommended for short term living. The location being next to mines provides noise fairly often as well as loud neighbors. However would live there again and would recommend to a friend."

"Welcome to Land of Cockroaches!!! I moved from Carmel because of cockroaches and I throwed away many electronics because there were lots of eggs of cockroaches inside it."

"It's a good place to live in but trailers come in and out of this place on the weekends like if it's a truck stop or something. Another thing that would be great is if they would give a little more time before late fees kick in. Some people don't receive checks till Fridays and they expect you to pay within 3 days grace, they say 4 but youll see it on your bill by the third day. I know plenty people have complained about it and they have not done anything about it so here is another example of them not doing anything about it lol. Oh and before you apply for an apartment make sure to save up $128.00 (late fee) just in case you don't get paid on time."

"*edit* changing rating from 5->2.5 stars really disappointed. I was hopeful they’d address that my apt was dirty at move in, but they are not. They said someone did come by for a “freshen-up” that only entailed wiping down counters and making sure the appliances were clean. The floors were disgusting. My feet were black. There were brown sticky spots on the walls, cobwebs and various dead bugs/spiders in the corners and under the window sills. Just mopping one room left the water black. I expect more from a facility like this. Tl/dr unit not cleaned at move in, expect to need to deep clean yourself. Facility only “freshens up” with wipe down of counters and appliances. Tour and move in went great. Staff has been really helpful. I wasn’t able to get hot water turned on immediately and they helped me out by giving me access to their model unit. My unit was dirty at move in, but they are working with me to get it cleaned. I just move so I cannot speak to anything long term, but the facilities seem well kept and everyone so far has been really nice."

"So far so good. The office staff have been great. The application process was quick and easy. The apartment was clean, I like the amenities, maintenance staff was quick to solve some details the apartment had, the only thing that needs a little maintenance is the playground and now that summer is here it would be nice to have both pools opened. Other than that I love it here, is really nice and the school is right in front of the apartments very convenient."
