"I have been recommending these apartments for several years, I have multiple friends/co-workers that live or have lived here and all of them have had in general good experiences, a peaceful place to live and comfortable. Of course I have had some issues with A/C, water leaks and other small issues since the apartments have existed for a few decades now, nevertheless, maintenance, customer service and management have been remodeling all the units and have been trying to fix everything to their very best. Good location, easy access, good and clean areas with pool, laundry as long as some amenities. I feel that with the work that it is been putting in to improve the experience of the people, soon will exceed all expectations. Give it a try! Special thanks to Ceci and Perla who have always help and provided to me and all the residents an excelent customer service."

"I can only say how a little goes a long way. Ever since the new management took over is been such a pleasant experience. Grounds are always clean, pools, etc. They added a new fitness and business center, and pet park, which they always keep extremely clean. Before this new management pools were always dirty and they would never be open to the residents. The office staff is extremely nice you can sense their good energy every time you go by the office. Maintenance is very quick to respond to requests. My AC broke down completely within two days they installed a new unit for me. Im extremely thankful for the great service I’ve received here."
"Great location for such affordable prices. They offer three different locations all close to the north part of the city. Great schools in the area and minutes away from the Texas A&M International University. The staff is always very nice and available when needed. I have yet needed maintenance in my apartment been here 4 months."
"I currently live there, The new Staff is definitely way better than the last 3 companies trying to run it. They have updated somethings. Added a Gym, maintenance are fast to go and fix it. The pool is always clean now, before it was rare that it would get clean."
