"Beautiful apartments, great location and the staff is wonderful. The only problem is that when it was time to renew the lease the price went up by $115.00! I kept the lease for another year but during that year changes were made. New owners, swimming pool and gym closed and water is no longer included. There is no water meter so the way the charge you the water is that they divide their bill with the residents. The more people that live in the apartment the higher the bill for those residents."
"We are living here for over four years. it was acquired by "GVA Management" (check their google reviews) last year, who increased our rent by 20%. That was six months ago. Now anoter new offer of renewal with 15% increase over last year's increase. That is a 38% increase in rent in less than a year's time. Highly recommend this place if you have unlimited money."
"I love the apartments! I been here for a while now, and the apartments are beautiful and spacious. The maintenance is very quick when I need something fix. The apartment manager is very nice and when you need anything she is always available."
"If I could give this place a ZERO star, i would. The apartment itself is very pretty and spacious, but the parking is a horror story. Only 1 parking per apartment and guest parking is packed outside. People have to park outside in the street. Management is horrible. I could go on and on about management but I will save time by just saying it is the worse. Maintenance issues take forever to get resolved since there is only one person. The pool is super tiny and so is the gym. There is not much else here. The pet park is laughable, its a small empty area behind the dumpster."
"Nice looking apartments but the parking lot is terrible only ONE space per apartment , visitor parking its always full with the same residents who live there so good luck having visitors, then some people leave there cars there forever. Small pool but nice little pool area. Management it’s alright they always take there time (forever) to fix even the smallest little thing. But other than that there nice private apartments."
