They were all very Professionalism and Responsiveness: The management staff displayed utmost professionalism at all times. They were prompt in responding to any queries or concerns I had, whether it was regarding maintenance issues or general inquiries about community amenities. Their responsiveness and eagerness to assist residents made living here hassle-free. Another key is how Well-Maintained Facilities: One of the standout qualities of this apartment complex is its well-maintained facilities. The common areas, including fitness centers, swimming pools, and communal spaces, were always clean and tidy. Regular maintenance checks ensured that everything was in optimal condition, creating a comfortable living environment for all residents. Most importantly here in laredo is the Efficient Maintenance Service.Any maintenance request I submitted was handled swiftly and efficiently by the dedicated maintenance team on-site. Whether it was a minor fix or something more significant, they addressed each issue promptly without causing any inconvenience to me as a resident. Also, El Dorel Community Engagement, The management team consistently organized various community engagement activities throughout the year, fostering a sense of camaraderie among residents. From holiday social events, these initiatives created opportunities for neighbors to interact with one another and build relationships within the community. Furthermore, they practice am Clear Communication Channels, Effective communication channels between management and residents played a vital role in making my experience enjoyable here. Regular updates were provided via email newsletters or notice boards regarding upcoming events or any changes in policies/procedures within the complex – ensuring everyone stayed informed. Overall, I cannot speak highly enough about this apartment complex management. Their commitment to excellence in service, attention to detail, and dedication to creating a positive living environment made my time here truly exceptional. I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone seeking a well-managed community that prioritizes resident satisfaction. "One of the worst places I’ve ever lived in my life. The first unit I had, had a roach infestation. I dealt with the issue knowing things can happen. They eventually moved me to a new unit and I experienced an unbelievable amount of mold. The pics are below. The management was absolutely awful and failed to give me my security deposit back on time. After two months of constantly calling and asking for updates. I am now receiving it 2 and a half months later. If you have to choose somewhere to live. Be sure to make sure this is not the place!!!! If I could give it no stars I would."

"I HATED MY HERE STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had the worse experience here, upon our move in our A/C went out and they didn’t fix it for more than 2 weeks and when we moved in they did not have our apartment cleaned at all. Dead bugs, rat feces and past pet hair sitting in every corner of the place. We brought it up with the front multiple times, and they never showed any urgency with the matter. This place is absolutely disgusting and unprofessional. I moved out as soon as I could, and when I finally was able to, they charged me thru the roof with unexplainable fees. This is 110% the worst apartments complex I’ve ever experience. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE NOT EVEN PIG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"Awful! Maintenance takes forever to complete a d when they do, the Maintenance workers often steal from you! Then, when you bring it up with a police report, they refuse to do anything about it. Multiple people have been stolen from with video/pucture proof but they don't care. They hire the cheapest laborers that can barely get the job done. I've never lived in an apartment complex that cared so little about their tenants. It's absolutely a disgrace. One person even had their $12,000 ring stolen that he was gonna propose to his girlfriend with and the apartment managers practically laughed at him! This place is awful, you should avoid it like the plague...."

"Very clean, frequently maintaining grounds and amenities, it’s become a home for me and my family. The three pools are great just public restrooms not admitted since Covid, both gyms are very clean very functional hopefully soon they add the missing pieces to certain machines. Gated community"
