"So far so great!! I'm loving the atmosphere and the community! The leasing office team is great and the maintenance is awesome as well! I'm glad to call this home! Note, whe. I made the previous review I was in the regular side of the complex, but since I have more into there townhomes!! Very spacious and great floor plans for all of them!' Included is a full sized kitchen with a. Island and you have upstairs and downstairs...I gotta say it's pretty nice. Im enjoying my neighbors quite a lot and it feels safe enough to have kids play (with supervision of course)"
"I only lived in this apartment for half the time I was leasing and the carpet was in great condition when I left. They charged me $130 to clean the carpet! They charged me $150 for cheap rubber bracelets for "pool access" when I moved out. They also failed to calculate my water bill correctly for 4 months and charged me an extra $120 after taking my full deposit."
"Hostile management that wants you to move in early with no legal basis, the website allows you to apply for the apartment two weeks in advance and they wanted to force me to start my lease 2 weeks before I even move to the city. They also force you to pay the deposit when applying with no guarantee that you will be accepted. I dont like the push over approach, seems unethical, and very vague. I really wanted to do business with them, but such approach is unacceptable."
"Apartment location is great. Very calm area, feels very safe. Kids love the beach style pool. I recently had an issue with the AC and the managment and maintenance people were quick and efficient to resolve my issue! Thanks again! It feels cold in my apartment now when it is 110-115 outside. Hoping I don’t have anymore issues again but if I do, it’s refreshing to know I can count on the staff here to help out!"
"I’ve loved living and being a part of this community! It’s located in an area where everything is accessible! The complex is always neatly kept! There hasn’t been any noise complaints and the neighbors I’ve come across are nice! Amenities are great and always well maintained! I highly recommend these apartments!"
