Quail Creek Apartments

"To my experience and freedom to express, not a good place to live, unhealthy place with roaches, needs the state of Texas deep inspection by the health department to my opinion! Or go door by door to see if they have roaches but I see others commenting the same problem and not from yesterday but for years!"

"I DO NOT recommend these apartments at all. Firstly, from the first week living here there is a roach infestation problem. No amount of fumigation gets rid of them. When my husband called to notify them once again of the issue, the lady who answered the phone said, “well if they are small ones then they are indoor ones and if they are big they are outdoor ones.” I still do not get how that is relevant. They should not be in the apartment AT ALL. I understand these apartments are not the nicest ones, but we are paying rent. We deserve to feel comfortable in our own home. Secondly, it took maintenance and the leasing office forever to replace our dishwasher. When we moved in we were told it is functional, but full of mold and dirty due to the past tenants I am assuming. According to the office manager, she had placed an order for one when we moved in. It wasn’t until about 4 months into the lease it was replaced AFTER we had to remind then of it. It’d just be great for there to be some improvements made."

"Beware of building 6!!!!!! First day of moving in, and we already had a roach problem. After several fumigation, I found out by other tenants (in the same building) that this building (#6) has had a roach problem going on for almost 6 years!!! Aside from the roach infestation, we also had mold problems. During a really bad storm, water came through the window as the sealing wasn’t done right, and water came in through the foundation. I called them multiple times because there was a really odd smell in both my kids’ room and mine, they didn’t do anything until my husband called them AFTER another storm passed by. (The water would come out of the carpets when you stepped on it). Sure enough BOTH aroma had mold where our beds were at along with the closet. All I can honestly say, is for the price, I didn’t expect to be living in such a bad environment. I finally moved out and I am soooo happy I did. I had to throw away majority of my belongings because they were roaches everywhere and mold got into 50% of our stuff."

"I love this apartment complex, very friendly management always ready to take care of any repairs very quickly, they maintain the grounds impeccably clean, they also have scheduled as well as non scheduled pest inspection and fumigation which is a big plus for me. Updated and very well kept apartments. Very friendly atmosphere!"

"My experience with Quail Creek Apartments has been the best. I enjoy the friendly staff, management, and maintenance. I have been living here for almost 3 years, it has been the best 3 years of renting such a wonderful apartment. The pools are awesome and it is a peaceful community. Highly recommend!"
