"The reviews about this place are accurate. Front staff are not helpful. They gave me the run around for a month about filling out paperwork to become a tenant. Every time I would show up to the office, they would mysteriously not be there."
"I went to go ask for information about rent. Once I got there the office said it was opened but it was locked I knocked and nobody answered so I called and the lady who answered was rude saying that she can't help she's busy. If that's hiw they treat a prospect I can't imagine living there."

"Horrible people working in the front. They sell it as a gated community but the gates never work. Breach of contract, we've been waiting for our dishwasher to be fixed since the PANDEMIC!! They are still waiting fir the part. Breach of contract. They never answer the phones and if they do they are rude. Everything here breaks and is full of roaches. They don't change air filters. The headache from the people working in front is enough to make this apartments a hostile place to live."
"poor customer service. they're hard to reach that I had to go in person. the young lady who ‘helped’ me wasn’t helpful whatsoever. Instead of informing me about everything an inquirer needs to know about leasing and additional information, I had to literally ask specific questions to get short responses. It seems like they don’t care or want residents since they're already “full”. I wasn't asked to be on a waiting list so I requested it myself. They may be nice apartments, but staff needs improvement; hiring knowledgeable, enthusiastic, PROFESSIONAL, experienced staff when speaking to clients."
