"They never answer the phone and when the do they are extremely short with people, almost as if they are bothered.by phone calls. They changed address and sent me a notice that I had a scheduled visit and the paper they sent with the new address took. 1 1/2 hours to find . And when I Did find the building there was no one there except the building inspector and the VERY helpful ,City of Big Spring MANAGER, TODD DARDEN.....THE ADDRESS here ha Gave me was wrong and the phone nu.ber they phone number was wrong... How is one to make a scheduled visit when there is noone there....I tried calling 3 yes 3 weeks before the scheduled appointment date and never got a call back ..."
