"I got in late at night... In the morning, I found long hairs and pubic hairs in the bathroom. I gave them a chance to clean up. The debris in the bathroom has not even been disturbed... They do a terrible job of cleaning at this hotel. I'm checking out early to go somewhere...anywhere else."
"When we got into the room there was hair everywhere in the bathroom woman's long 10" hair. Bathroom wasnt clean but at least the towels were straight and folded. Hotel says they provide high-speed Internet but it does not reach into our room though we stayed nowhere near the front desk on the first floor, 118 I believe was the room number. So if you plan on sitting in the breakfast room to use Internet this is a great place to stay. wireless does not work in your room when I called to ask if there was Internet the guy at the front desk said he had no problem. But I was the one paying and I did not have wireless Internet. We stayed two nights after riding our bikes from Canada to Texas this was one of our stays. We were the only ones in the breakfast room when the cleaning lady came in to pour herself a coffee and proceeded to pick food out of the hot breakfast with her fingers. I have no problem with them eating it would've just been nice if she had served herself on a plate and eaten. Who knows if she washed her hands after cleaning a toilet. We didn't eat there after that. After the hair on the floor and the cleaning lady eating bacon out of the shafing dish I was curious how clean our room really was, and when i pulled all the sheets back on my bed, my bed was also full of hair. they didn't even bother changing the sheets. No go on this dump."
"This is one of my favorite hotels. The staff is awesome!! Front desk is extremely helpful. The cleaning staff is friendly as well. I stay here every year for work for 4-7 weeks and each time its been a pleasure. Good breakfast in the morning is always hot and fresh. They also have good coffee which is a real treat(trust me I travel a lot). I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO FRIEND OR FAMILY!! Thank you,,,"
