"Priya the General Manager is THE BEST. She always goes out of her way to help her customers. I’ve never experienced such great customer service in any hotels in the US. This property is so clean, inviting, organized. I love staying at this property. I think all the negative reviews that are posted are by people who want free stay."

"Be aware if you book through a 3rd party and there was a booking error. The hotel will not refund you your money back. Even though the manager has the power to do so they will not, even as a courtesy they will not. Which is s shame because I travel for my job and use choice hotels a lot. But now moving forward I will no longer be giving my money to a company that can’t even give money back to a loyal customer. Had they refunded my money back I would’ve but now I am not. Be warned!"

"The service here was outstanding!! Eshaun was great. He was having trouble with the check-in but it was because the site was down. I was trying from my phone as well. He was finally able to get it to work and got us a room and everything we needed. He was very helpful. We were in town for a funeral and it didn’t start till later the next day. I asked another representative if we could get a late check out and they said we couldn’t. I was frustrated but rules are rules, so I was trying to figure out something to do for the next day. The next day rolled around and I was stressing a little about the 11 am check out time. The manager had a card at the desk so I texted her and told her the situation and asked if she could recommend things to do in the area or if we could at least get a 12pm or 1pm checkout. She was quick to respond and said that 1 pm would be no problem. This my friends is great customer service and very appreciated. The only other suggestion I would have would be to have a hot breakfast, that’s it. We were very pleased with our stay there. We will probably never be back in Big Spring, but I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"We just stopped here to sleep for the night on our way to a national park. Front desk was super nice at check in. Great price and very clean! I would absolutely stay here again."

"Norma at the front desk was amazing, friendly, courteous, went out of her way to be helpful. Ms.Patel the GM was also very kind. Even the am clerk was great. Room was super clean, quiet, and comfortable.l would differently stay there again. They have a super supply of amenities like cloth soap, frozen dinners even candy.. Thank you to all the staff again Norma your the best."
