"Our toilet wouldn't flush unless I opened the back and played with it until it decided to flush. Roaches and bugs everywhere. The owner told me it's no big deal that the toilet doesn't work and he will bring me a new TV since the TV was broken. We left immediately. I didn't even want my dog in that room. It needs to be shut down. Worst place I've ever stayed"

"I stayed there only one night and check in was late but while I was there, I saw no sign of bed bugs... I did notice the bathroom had been remodeled recently and it looked very clean. Almost looked new tbh. The ac needed to be cleaned and did not have a filter but besides that it wasn't bad . I'd probably bring my own pillow and blanket but I'm never going to that town again so it doesn't matter. Lol"

"Traveled to big springs for a job and it seems EVERYTHING is highly priced around here. Since it was only for a few days we decided to cheap it. After reading reviews we were a little hesitant to stay, but decided to at least check it out. The motel is very old and the furniture out dated, but this did not detract from the quality of the stay. The bathroom was newly renovated and had HOT water which is a big plus! The airconditioner worked exceptionally well and would freeze you out. The room had a very large flat screen TV with more channel options than I have at home. Room was clean, working microwave, and refrigerator. the staff were very friendly and accommodating. So what the motel lacked in aesthetics was more than made up for with cleanliness, accommodations, and price. The only complaint I have is the bed was extra firm, which we found slightly uncomfortable."
