"They delivered a stove that didn't work last week. Came to get it and was suppose to replace it. Still haven't seen a new stove. After the holiday, was threatened that if my payment wasn't made within one hour then they would be coming to get their other merchandise. Was not willing to wait until the morning for payment as my check hit late bc of the holiday. Woman on the phone threatened the police and spoke to me very hostile. I am pregnant with two children that unfortunately had to hear the entire thing. Regional manager has not responded back. I will be going as high up as I can until something is done. Fortunately for me I have tons of friends and family here. Word will get around fast about how unethical this business is."

"Where can I even start with how terrible this place is!? If I could give negative stars I would! The staff don't listen to the customer at all.They put it in the computer however they feel and change your plan without asking. Also the delivery crew were very rude and rushed. We called in asking if they had a bedroom set that was advertised online was available in store and were told by the guy that yes it was in stock at the big spring location, however when we went to look at it we were told that it in fact was NOT available and we would have to wait over a week to get it from another store. Also that we must have called a different location when that wasn't true. I asked for monthly payments, but was put on weekly instead. I also asked to pay on Wednesday as that's when I get paid, but was initially put on Monday then on Tuesday even after calling in and talking to someone about this and another issue. A few months into my payments it went to bi-weekly payments on Tuesday without me knowing until I got the payment notification. When I called the store they said they had a note that I had asked for this when this was the first time I had talked to them since my only visit to the store. If your card doesn't go through the first time they hit it the morning it's due you better believe you will get a call every hour on the hour until the balance is paid. This is the first and LAST time I go with rent a center."
