"YELLOW WATER! In shower, faucet, and toilet water! It is DISGUSTING! When first complained, the response was that they do not know what happened, and will send someone to check the issue around 11pm. It was late so we decided to pass the service. This morning, we found out the 1st floor restroom’s water was clean, and we told the front desk again about the yellow water. She said it was caused by the city. Now, it does NOT make sense why the staff last night claimed that she did not know what caused the yellow water. It also does NOT make sense why the 1st floor restroom water is clear when we have yellow water in the room! We booked the hotel through capital travel so now we have to wait till next day to call them to report to the hotel manager."
"I generally have to be wowed to give 5 stars. With that said, comfortable room with a good hearty breakfast. The only drawback would be my room was on the highway side. I only occasionally heard noise, but ... A solid 4.5!"
"Most expensive room I stayed in on way back from California. The room was great and the staff for the most part were great. Guests not so much. Very rude. Coffee and juice machines were out of order for breakfast, the water was ok. Eggs, I believe were powdered eggs or whatever they cooked them with made them unedible. Ice machine worked great by vending machines but you had to hold your bucket as there was no tray to rest your bucket on. Anyway, I'm chalking it up as a bad day for the hotel but for what I paid it should have been better. Lastly, the hotel provides only 2 roll carts for your luggage. As a handicapped person I had to make many trips to load my luggage as the 2 carts were nowhere to be found. You might consider 4 carts as big as your hotel is."
"Asked about luggage cart when checking in and when checking out. Told by two different employees they must be being used by other guests. Check all 3 floors none to be found. Breakfast was terrible. Juice dispenser was out of order. Food selection was not good. Ice machine on ourfloor was broken. Water coming out of shower was brown. Staff was not friendly. Romm was very nice. A/C worked great. Won’t be staying there again."
