"I love living here! The updated apartments are beautiful and the staff are AMAZING! The maintenance people are great! Brogan, the property manager is AWESOME, although, in my opinion, she needs an assistant. Sometimes it is hard to get a hold of her but, she is always hard at work making our community a great place to live. She always get back top us and is a pleasure to wok with!"

"This is our second apartment after moving from Hot Springs, AR in the span of one month. We come from the neighboring Coronado Apartments (checkout my review for them to see why we moved) and the difference is night and day! Jamie, the staff member who we’ve had the pleasure of dealing with during our move, has been just wonderful! Both the apartments themselves and the complex as a whole are neat and tidy. They also have a rather large pool. Overall, a pretty swell place to call home!"

"Horrible experience. Haven't had hot water for two weeks. It's almost impossible to get anyone at the front desk. Leave a review and they just reply with an automated message and don't help. We have had the abandoned apartment next door flood us twice in the last week. Management and maintenance do not care. One of our showers has leaked into the living room without being repaired for a year almost. Awful place. Roaches are awful too."
