"Absolutely the worst apartment complex I have ever witnessed or lived in in my entire life. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. I could elaborate but it would be a damn book at this point. I had a cockroach problem for over 4 weeks after I had reported it and was told “just wait until pest control comes”, my apartment was kept clean and I never left any food or trash lying around as I went out of town often while living here. All of the 5 star reviews you see are due to management saying you can pay a $500 deposit or leave a 5 star review and they will not make you pay. I lived without heat for 2 months, i couldn’t pay for 2 months due to their portal being down and no one being at the office to receive a check or money order. So when I mailed the check in they apparently lost it and even after giving proof of sending it they still tried to argue it was never sent in. This is just a handful of the ridiculous amount of problems I had when I lived here. Lived in two different apartments and both were dirty and run down when I moved in and they didn’t fix half of it for months and sometimes none of it at all. The management is extremely unprofessional and I’ve never seen more immature people that can’t just do their job. Absolute crooks, DO NOT live here."

"Very unprofessional, to start off we moved in into a dirty apartment with dog hair everywhere, no one answers the phone, our lease ended in May 2023 and we got told we would receive our full deposit back. Its November 2023 and I have not received it."

"When we move to this apartment on Dec 31 2022, unit was not ready at all , so we moved to other unit. BUT I still didn't get the 1 month rent fee & processing fee until July 25 2023. They said they will give to check but no one answer the phone in office anymore. There are no place to contact to apt anymore. Please provide contact number when owner see the this message."

"The only reason I am giving this place a 1 star review is because it is impossible to give 0 stars, or negative numbers for that matter. I have never came across such unprofessional company. No interaction of any kind with a human being, no voicemail replies, no text replies, no email replies. If this is how they treat prospective tenants I can't think of how they treat their existing tenants right now. And after reading the negative reviews from other people, I'm starting to realize that I did nothing but waste time contacting these people. I have to find a place to live for the next year as I am going to be working at the electrical substation 30 miles north of Big Spring as one of the site managers. Income is definitely not an issue for me. But I guess these people don't care. I hope everyone working those desks get sacked and replaced by more caring, more professional staff."

"They ask you to put in a 5-star review to waive the deposit and then once you move in you realize what terrible management they have. Absolutely no response to anything. My son went without heat for over 2 months in 30 degree temps with multiple contacts, notes, phone calls and emails to Blanca and maintenance with zero results. Apartment was filthy and damaged when he moved in last year. Made notes on the form they provided and was assured they would fix them right away. A year later nothing has changed. This place is unprofessional and absolutely ridiculous. Upper management needs to step in and clean house with this staff."
