"My mother has lived at this complex for almost 17 years. I have tried to get her to move but she loves her little apartment despite its very poor condition. There have been so many instances where I have had to get involved because of her being so upset she physically shakes because of issues she has had with management, which seems to CHANGE all the time!!! She has never been late on her payment. The apartment is so out of date and the fixtures and amenities are ancient and gross!!! But she doesn’t want to move! Tonight she informed me that the complex towed her car. She had permission to keep her dad’s car there (he just passed away). She came home tonight to see it GONE! No notice, no chance for her to move it, no phone call… they just up and towed it! They change managers frequently, not sure if there was a disconnect on their end or what, but you can’t tell a resident who has lived there almost two decades one thing and do another. She is on HUD and disability and is on a very fixed income. They are saying she has to pay to have the car towed and released from impounding. She asked for the owners number and they wouldn’t give it to her. I’m pretty sure she’s the longest standing resident they have… I’m so disappointed in how they have treated her multiple times. I really want to go to the news about this, I feel like they are taking advantage of an older, disabled LOW INCOME resident. You have a lady that puts up with alot there, there have been shootouts with bullet riddled cars in front of her door! She has had to call 911 multiple times because of dangerous neighbors even one coming to her door with a knife. They let some of the most sketchy people I have seen move into that place! But she remains loyal and stays… and this is the way they treat her?!?! So disappointed in this complex!"

"Called to see about getting into an apartment. But, Ashley in the office was extremely rude and unprofessional. Won’t be looking here again. Do better."

"Terrible place! Live under a bridge before renting here. Numerous safety code violations such as ceiling fan/light fixture powered by an extension cord nailed to ceiling and wall to an electric plug on wall, and a non-working furnace. Manager lied about cleaning requirements and deposits. Would give zero stars if it was possible. Response to response. I actually have video evidence of the code violation as do you. We are currently appealing your false claims through mediation if that refreshes your memory."

"I am confident that this has been the worst experience with any apartment complex that I have ever had. I’ll start with the condition of the apartment. When we first toured it, a few days before actually moving in, we noticed a few red flags that we brought up with Ashley, seemingly the only staff member in charge of leasing. She assured us that they would be fixed in time for us to move in. They were not. I can’t go in too to much detail, due to character limits for Google Reviews, but I’ll try to attach photos and possibly a link to a longer review, if I’m allowed. Secondly, Ashley herself wasn’t all too friendly either. On the day of our move in, we were waiting for my mothers new employer to send us the funds necessary for the deposit and first-months rent, however, we had just moved here, from over 500 miles away and did not have enough funds for another night in a hotel, but even with assurances from my mothers new employer that they would get the necessary funds before 2PM that same day, Ashley made me and my dog wait out in the Texas heat while she went on lunch and wouldn’t even let me wait in the office OR even let me have any water when she finally returned. The actual leasing process was a big cluster too. They can’t just charge everything in one big lump some. No. They make YOU go to a website to purchase insurance before they can email a link that YOU go to in order to pay. I had my mother’s HR manager, whose credit card I was going to use on the phone, so this not only inconvenienced me, but him as well. I’ve worked in the customer service industry, so it takes a lot for me to give anyone less than five stars, but this was an absolute train wreck!"
