Limestone Ridge Apartments

"I am so disappointed, to say the least… After multiple trips and trying to get in touch with someone, I finally was supposed to move into these apartments last Friday. I went by there for a SCHEDULED tour on Thursday at 10am and nobody was there. I went back again around 3:30pm and the maintenance man was there. He was able to show me the apartment, but when I toured the apartment, it was a 2 bedroom vs. a 1 bedroom like I had previously discussed with the leasing lady. I decided to go back over there on Friday afternoon (to give them time to get it all situated) and again, nobody was there. I went back a little bit later and still, nobody. I wrote my name and number on a sticky note and stuck it to her desk for someone to call me ASAP. I also tried contacting the regional manager (per a phone number that the maintenance man had given me) and left her a message. Not to mention, I made several phone calls and left several messages prior to making all of the trips back and fourth from work. It is now Wednesday and I still have not heard anything from anyone. I think this has been a very unprofessional experience and I would not recommend this property to anyone. Although the apartments are OK and the price is great, I don’t see how the residents can actually get anything taken care of."

"Out of every apartment I have lived at this is the best apartment I have lived in. The bad part is there is 3-5 residents that believed they do nothing wrong. This is nothing compared to other apartments I’ve lived in. Eva and German are the best care takers I’ve ever seen. I trust both of them with everything I own. My water heater was leaking and they called me and let me know. They had the water heater replaced within a few hours. When a pipe froze in the wall I called and within 30 min german was knocking on my door to fix the problem. If I have any problems with anyone in the apartment all you have to do is make 1 call and they are on the way to help. Most of the people who have been writing bad comments about this place are not following the policy that they signed. So take everything with a grain of salt. I was told when I moved here that this was not a good place to live by the locals. But I have had nothing but a good experience at this apartment. Most of the stuff you hear from the local is from before Eva and German became managers. 90 percent of the renters are amazing. There are those few that cause problems."

"Eva made my first move into an apartment so stress free. She was so helpful and explained every single part to me . They are amazing with ESA’s and take wonderful care of the property . They go above and beyond in every aspect ."
