"They take months to fix issues in your apartment. No one is ever in the office or answers the phone. I feel like they just don’t care about the residents here. Also, a lot of the apartments still need renovations and they are very reluctant to fix them."

"When I needed things to be fixed they hardly ever fixed anything... I stayed in a bedroom for a year just recently upgraded to a 2 bedroom well what I thought was an upgrade turned out to be a major bed bug infestation!! I told the ladies in the office they bought "hot shot" bed bug bomb to fixed the problem I was so pissed they didn't even believe there was bed bugs because they didn't see any.. so I found a few n brought it to them they didn't care at all I showed them my bites on me and my daughter they said there is nothing they can do I asked to be moved into a different unit they told me no.. my daughter only 19 month old kept pulling on her ears I took her to the doctors thinking there was an ear infection Dr Ahmed got 2 bed bug larvas out of her ears and put her on antibiotics I took the larva to the office and demanded they do something they didn't she shrugged her shoulders and said they did what they could and because they didn't see the bed bugs that they couldn't do anything. But yet I had showed them all the proof they needed. I honestly can't stand them old ladies they are heartless women. I don't recommend anyone to rent from them"

"Management is a bully. Tried to push her way into my home. Plus constantly threatened to put locks on my door. Rent was due on 1st and she came banging on door. Told me I could have my pet which is a small dog then told me I couldn't have my pet. Had to move out because I couldn't just give my dog away. Apartments are not in good condition. Apartments constantly smelled of stale cigarettes and mold. There were also holes in wall that they promised to fixed but never did. There were roaches crawling out of plug sockets. Tub leaked and kitchen sink pipes were always leaking and backed up. It was a nightmare. Only stayed 2 mths and found another home. This place is a dump not fit for human living. Spare yourself the expense go elsewhere."
