"I just started my official dispute process with this school. Their director Rachel Buck signed a contract with my company but then ghosted me since I made the payment from my end. For half year of communication attempt, I got no response. By leaving this comment, I wish to draw attention from them and hopefully have the dispute settled. I’ll post follow ups on this matter."

"We LOVE this school. Our 4 year old was having such a hard time in traditional schools/daycares due to his high energy. The expectation to sit on a carpet for over a hour every morning AND actively “pay attention” for long periods of time at traditional school for a 4 year old was mind blowing. Zoo school understands the needs of my child & has done a fantastic job building his social & emotional skills! On top of that, the learning styles & topics keep my child actively engage and interested to learn more! I’ve always had productive conversations with my sons teachers & all of the front office staff. As a two mom family, it feels so great to finally have a home where we all feel safe & included! My only feedback is that I wish Zoo school offered learning for K-12 so we never had to leave!"

"My daughter enjoyed it, but her teacher made things very difficult and at times awkward, they literally ask for gifts and money all year long on top of tuition. Glad to be done with this place to be honest."

"They are just cheaters and liars! They required to get on a waitlist for summer and promised me there is definitely spot! I did and they never called back! You know why? Cause they were just hungry for money! Worst staff ever Worst behavior ever"

"The first issue I had with this school was when they allowed my 4 year old to play in water outside in the winter (January) and remain in soaking wet clothes without a jacket until I picked him up after 5pm. I received a defensive attitude when I mentioned my concern to the admins (who were wearing jackets themselves). It was 50 degrees out and his sweatshirt was in his bag. Long story short, they blamed my 4 year old. Second issue was the teacher had my incorrect email address the whole year and I got no notifications for events such as the float parade. When I dropped off my son and saw the festivities my son felt extremely left out. Wish I would have gotten those emails! On top of that the teacher was condescending and rude when I told her I wasn’t receiving the emails. Third issue I had was when I received a re enrollment package they told me I had to fill out if I wanted my son to keep going.. this was I believe in February. I filled it out. Turns out that was the enrollment form for the NEXT year. I was charged for it. I called and was told I would be reimbursed. A couple weeks went by and nothing was put back in my account. I emailed a couple times, they finally replied they weren’t going to reimburse me. Why was I told they would and had me waiting? They won’t reply. This school also asks for donations often, the cheapest being $5,000."
